How to request the permanent removal of your rider profile and data.
If you no longer wish to ride with Sapadukadai, you can request to have your delivery partner account permanently deleted. Please follow one of the methods below.
Before submitting an account deletion ticket, you must settle any negative balances or pending Cash on Delivery (COD) wallet dues with the platform, and complete all active orders. Failure to settle financial liabilities will delay or pause your deletion request.
The easiest way to delete your account is by raising a ticket directly through the Sapadukadai Rider App.
If you have already uninstalled the app or lost access, you can request account deletion by emailing support.
Once processed, your personal profile data, ID documents, and vehicle photos will be permanently removed from active databases in accordance with the KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
However, specific transactional records (such as completed delivery logs, payout history, and tax-related data) will be retained for the minimum statutory period required to comply with local Saudi tax and accounting laws.
