What documents do I need to register?

You need to be 18+ and upload a clear Profile Selfie, valid Saudi Driving License, National ID or Iqama, Vehicle Registration (Istimara), and a photo of your vehicle.

How long does it take to get approved?

Once you submit your application through the app, our team will review your documents within 24 to 48 hours. If rejected (e.g., blurry photos), you will see the exact reason in the app.

How do I complete a delivery to the customer?

For security, when you reach the customer, you must ask them for a 4-digit Pickup Verification PIN. Enter this code into your app to successfully mark the order as 'Delivered'.

What happens if my vehicle breaks down during an order?

You can request an 'Order Reassignment' directly in the app. Once approved by admin, another rider will be assigned to take over. You will use a 6-digit Handover Key to securely transfer the order to the new delivery boy.

How are my delivery earnings calculated?

Earnings are calculated based on your total distance traveled from the restaurant to the customer. You receive a fixed Base Fare for the first 10 kilometers, plus an additional rate for every extra kilometer.

What is the COD Wallet and how does it work?

When you deliver Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you collect cash that belongs to the platform. You have a specific 'COD Limit'. If your collected cash reaches 95% of this limit, your account will automatically be switched to 'Offline' until you settle the balance.

Why does the app need background location permissions?

• Background Location is strictly required to calculate your precise travel distance for accurate payouts and to provide live tracking to the customer.
• Storage & Camera are required to upload your ID and vehicle documents.
• Exact Alarms are used to wake up your phone screen and play a loud alert so you never miss a new delivery request.

Can I use the app if I don't have an active internet connection?

No. The rider app requires a stable internet connection (4G/5G) to receive live orders, update your GPS location, and verify delivery PINs.
