1. Introduction & Consent

By downloading and using the Sapadukadai Delivery Partner App, you agree to the data collection practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Information We Collect

To verify your identity, process payouts, and manage deliveries, we collect:

• Personal & Vehicle Data: Full name, email, phone number (+966), Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, ID Number, Vehicle Type, and Vehicle Plate Number.
• Required Documents: Profile selfie, Driving License, National ID/Iqama, Vehicle Registration (Istimara), and a photo of your vehicle.
• Device Information: Device ID, OS version, FCM token (for push notifications), and network status to ensure reliable app performance.

3. Location Services (Background Tracking)

As a delivery app, precise routing is essential. We require ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) for:

• Calculating the exact distance traveled from the restaurant to the customer to accurately compute your earnings.
• Providing live order tracking to customers and restaurants while you are on the move.
• Allowing order reassignment based on your real-time proximity.

Location tracking is active primarily when you are 'Online' or actively fulfilling an order. You can manage permissions in your device settings.

4. Device Permissions

The app requires specific permissions to function correctly:

• Camera & Storage: (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, CAMERA) required for taking profile selfies and uploading your mandatory ID and vehicle documents.
• Alarms & Foreground Services: (USE_EXACT_ALARM, FOREGROUND_SERVICE) used to play continuous alert sounds and wake your screen when a new delivery request is assigned to you.

5. Data Security & Customer Privacy

Customer Data Usage: You will receive customer details (Name, Location, Phone) solely for completing the delivery. Under KSA PDPL, saving, storing, or contacting the customer after delivery is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Data Protection: Your personal data and uploaded documents are encrypted and stored securely on our servers.

6. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account. You can initiate an Account Deletion Ticket directly from the 'Profile > Settings' section of the Rider App. Once processed, your personal data will be permanently removed, excluding data required for legal or tax compliance in KSA.
