How to request the permanent deletion of your restaurant partner account and data.
If you no longer wish to operate as a partner on the Sapadukadai platform, you may request to have your account permanently deleted. Please follow one of the two methods outlined below.
Before or immediately after raising an account deletion ticket or sending an email request, you must set your restaurant status to "Offline" in the Partner App and stop accepting any new orders. Failure to fulfill pending orders before account termination may result in financial penalties.
The fastest way to request account deletion is directly through the Sapadukadai Restaurant Partner App.
If you cannot access the Partner App, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team directly.
Upon successful deletion of your account, all personal and restaurant data will be permanently removed from our active databases, in accordance with the KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Please note that certain financial and transactional records (such as past payouts and tax invoices) may be retained for a longer period strictly to comply with ZATCA and local Saudi Arabian legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
