Account Deletion

How to request the permanent deletion of your restaurant partner account and data.

If you no longer wish to operate as a partner on the Sapadukadai platform, you may request to have your account permanently deleted. Please follow one of the two methods outlined below.

1. Important Notice

Immediate Action Required

Before or immediately after raising an account deletion ticket or sending an email request, you must set your restaurant status to "Offline" in the Partner App and stop accepting any new orders. Failure to fulfill pending orders before account termination may result in financial penalties.

2. Method 1: Delete via Partner App (Recommended)

The fastest way to request account deletion is directly through the Sapadukadai Restaurant Partner App.

Open the Sapadukadai Partner App and go to the Account page.
Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
Tap on the Delete Account option.
A form will open allowing you to raise a deletion ticket. Please provide your reason for leaving.
Tap Submit Ticket.

Processing Time: Our admin team will verify your pending payouts and liabilities, and your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.

3. Method 2: Delete via Email

If you cannot access the Partner App, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team directly.

Send an email to: info@sapadukadai.com
The subject line must be: Restaurant Partner Account Deletion Request
In the body of the email, you must include:
- Your Restaurant ID
- Your Restaurant Name
- Your reason for requesting deletion

Important: The deletion request email must be sent from your registered restaurant partner email address for identity verification. Emails sent from other addresses may be rejected for security reasons.

Processing Time: Email requests require manual verification for security purposes. The account will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the email.

4. Data Retention

Upon successful deletion of your account, all personal and restaurant data will be permanently removed from our active databases, in accordance with the KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Please note that certain financial and transactional records (such as past payouts and tax invoices) may be retained for a longer period strictly to comply with ZATCA and local Saudi Arabian legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
