Registration & Onboarding
What documents are required to register?
To comply with KSA regulations, you must upload clear images of your Commercial Registration (CR), VAT Certificate, National Address Proof, and the Owner's National ID. An SFDA License is optional but recommended.
How long does the approval process take?
Once you submit your application through the app, our admin team will review your documents. This process typically takes between 24 to 48 hours. You can check your live status directly in the app.
Why was my application declined?
Common rejection reasons include unclear or blurry document uploads, invalid VAT/CR numbers, mismatched Bank IBAN details, or an inaccurately pinned map location. The app will display the specific reason if your application is declined.
Orders & Delivery
How will I know when a new order arrives?
Our app is built to ensure you never miss an order. It uses a persistent background alarm that rings loudly and wakes up your device's screen—even if the device is locked—the moment a customer places an order.
How does the delivery driver handoff work?
For security, when the delivery partner arrives, you must ask them for a 4-digit Pickup Verification PIN. Enter this PIN into your app to mark the order as 'Delivered' and hand over the food.
Can I reject an order if an item is out of stock?
Yes. While the order is in the 'New' (Placed) state, you can reject it. You will be required to provide a cancellation reason (up to 200 characters) so the customer knows why their order was declined.
Payments & Financials
How does the pricing and commission work?
We use a Markup model. You set your Base Menu Price. Sapadukadai adds a platform markup (e.g., 20%) to show the Final Selling Price to the customer. You will receive your Base Price plus the 15% VAT calculated on that base price.
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings are transferred directly to the Saudi Bank Account (IBAN) you provided during registration. You can track your wallet balance, daily sales, and request withdrawals directly from the 'Finance & Banking' section in the app.
App & Technical
Why does the app need so many permissions?
Location is needed to map your restaurant for drivers.Storage/Media is required to upload your menu images and legal documents.Background Services are required to ensure the loud incoming order alarm rings even when your phone is locked.
Can I use the app on a tablet?
Yes, the Sapadukadai Partner App is fully optimized for both Android mobile phones and tablets.
