By downloading, accessing, or using the Sapadukadai Partner App, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate your partnership and allow you to receive orders, we collect the following information during registration and usage:

• Personal & Business Data: Owner name, restaurant name, email address, phone number (+966), and National ID number.
• Legal & Financial Documents: Images of your Commercial Registration (CR), VAT Certificate, National Address Proof, and optional SFDA license. Bank account details including Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Branch, Account Number, and IBAN.
• Device Information: Device ID, model, OS version, FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token, and screen orientation to optimize app performance.

3. Location Services

Our application requires access to your device's precise location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) for the following core purposes:

• To accurately pinpoint the restaurant's physical coordinates on the map during the registration and onboarding process.
• To allow our delivery fleet routing system to calculate accurate pickup times and distances.

Location data is primarily used during the setup phase and can be managed via your device settings.

4. Device Permissions & Storage

To provide a seamless experience, the App requests the following permissions:

• Storage & Media: (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) are required to allow you to upload necessary business compliance documents (CR, VAT), restaurant logos, banner images, and food item photos directly from your gallery or camera.
• Camera: Required if you choose to take live photos of your menu items or documents during the setup process.

5. Background Services & Alarms

Because missing an order results in lost revenue and poor customer experience, our app utilizes specialized background services:

• Persistent Alarms: We use FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK, and WAKE_LOCK permissions. This allows the app to play a continuous, loud ringing alarm when a new food order arrives.
• Full-Screen Intent: We use USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT to wake up your device's screen (even if locked) to immediately display incoming order details to your kitchen staff.
• These services are strictly limited to order notifications and stop automatically once you acknowledge or process the order.

6. Data Security & PDPL Compliance

6.1 Protection: We implement robust security measures to protect your business data and uploaded documents against unauthorized access.

6.2 Customer Data Sharing: As a partner, you will receive Customer Data (Name, Phone Number, Order Details) via the app. Under the KSA PDPL, you agree to use this data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. You are strictly prohibited from saving this data for marketing purposes or sharing it with third parties.

6.3 Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can initiate this process through the App settings or by contacting our support team.
